We cherish our doves and their welfare is of great importance to us. There may be times when we would be unable to release them for their own safety, e.g. inclement weather *

All dove releases must be performed at least 2 hours before sunset as they are not trained to fly at night and need time to navigate home to their aviary safely. Please take this into account when thinking about what time you would like the doves released at your occasion.

An experienced coordinator / handler will always be present.

• We promise to do the best we can to assure the highest quality dove release possible.

• We will always be on time and be appropriately attired for the occasion.

• We will be happy to discuss and explain the dove release with your photographer.

* In case of inclement weather when the doves cannot be released, we offer an alternative photographic opportunity with one or two doves in the ornamental cages. Please discuss this option at the time of booking.

* In the case of inclement weather for funerals and memorial services, if the release is not possible on the day, we will be happy to attend at a later agreed date with the family.

We will never:

• Release our birds in heavy rain, fog, snow, high winds, thunderstorms etc. We sincerely hope nothing like this happens on your special day, but in the event of this happening, we regret a release could not take place and a full refund, minus the deposit, would be given.

• Release doves indoors.

Booking is on a first come first served basis. A non-refundable £25 deposit is required to reserve your special date. An invoice will be sent to you for the balance 6 weeks before the event and this balance must be paid in full at least four weeks prior to the event date. If payment is not made we will be unable to keep your booking.
